Real Estate Education and training

Almost every state requires real estate agents to complete a organized training program. The programs that cover real estate transactions and laws. Programs are between 30 and 90 hours. Many vocational schools, colleges, and universities offer this program. Most real estate firms offer formal training programs. Some local real estate associations offer courses about the basic and legal aspects of real estate.
Although it is not required, most real estate agents have some college education. Many agents have a bachelor's degree. Several majors are good preparation for this occupation. Some of the best are real estate, business management, finance, and marketing. Also other courses that apply to it are communications, interior design
principles of advertising and principles of sales.

Trainings are a start of becoming a great real estate agent which are new agents that  often work with experienced agents or brokers to learn how to show properties and answer clients' questions. As a new agent you also learn how to close sales and write sales contracts. You might receive training for up to one year or maybe less if your are a very effective and fast learner. In some cases a lot of people who go in the business of real estate have a lot of help and advice from successful people who love expressing their gift of selling to new combers in the real estate world. For this career all real estate professionals must pass a state licensing exam in order to earn money through their own business or through their employer. Certification is often required and the National Association of Realtors offers several certification programs to support a real estate professional’s career path.

The pros and cons of being a realtor are, working on your own time and managing your clients in a manner where you are comfortable. A con of this would be the pay, which if you dont sell you don't get paid. It might take a very long time for you to sell a property depending on your style of work. Always understand your clients in every way. In my case for being a commercial real estate agent, all Careers in commercial brokerage revolve around the buying and selling of commercial properties, such as apartment complexes, retail stores, office buildings, shopping centers, and office parks. Commercial brokers oversee purchasing arrangements between the buyer and seller to sell investment properties at the best price. This is where the big bucks are involved because of the amount a company will spend for you to build a well structured and organized building of there wishes. quote - “  New agents often work with experienced agents or brokers to learn how to show properties and answer clients' questions. After training, agents often take seminars on improving their sales”
